Arbitration Court Statistics

The Arbitration Court has recently published a new section on its website dedicated to statistics of the Arbitration Court.

At the web address https://www.soud.cz/en-statistika-soudu, users can now find a clear overview of key statistical data concerning arbitration proceedings administered by the Arbitration Court, including information on the number of cases (with details on international disputes, online disputes, and expedited proceedings) as well as their average duration. In addition to these, the published statistics also include other interesting data, such as information on foreign parties involved in disputes or the use of the Arbitration Court’s hearing venues. Statistical data on the number of domain name disputes is also available.

The statistical information will be continuously updated.
